1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement applicable between the do333 platform ("do333", "Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). do333 is an online casino and sports betting platform providing services for players in Bangladesh.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirements

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

4.3 Failed Transactions

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus balance is not directly withdrawable — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering conditions have been met.

The do333 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the member's activity and engagement with the platform. VIP benefits are subject to separate VIP terms.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the do333 platform:

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to earn bonuses ("bonus abuse" or "multi-accounting").
• Accessing or using another member's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity or documents.
• Money laundering or depositing through illegal funds.
• Using a third party's funds or payment methods.

6.2 Technical Abuse

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using any technical advantage to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to do333's servers.

6.3 Collusive Fraud

• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward do333 staff.
• Spreading false information about the platform.

7 Gaming Rules and Policy

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games on do333 are operated by certified game providers and game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are final and irreversible.

7.2 Technical Failures

do333 will not be held liable if a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection, power outage, or other technical issues. The last confirmed game state according to system logs will be considered the final result.

7.3 Sports Betting

• If there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.

• If a member's conduct is deemed harmful to do333's reputation.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, please ensure there are no pending bets on the account and that any fund withdrawal has been completed. If you apply for self-exclusion, your account will be locked for a specified period.

9 Limitation of Liability

do333 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues from third parties.
• Financial losses resulting from a member's own errors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account, where the member has not taken care to protect their password.
• Service disruptions caused by reasons beyond do333's control.

9.2 Maximum Liability

Under no circumstances will do333's total liability exceed the actual amount deposited into the member's account during the relevant period.

do333 does not guarantee the quality or availability of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other external services.
